Courtney & Timothy // Engagement - Rowes Bay

Engagement sessions are a great method for you to get to know your photographer before your big day, as well as get a feel for their shooting style and gain a little more confidence in front of the camera. We captured Courtney and Timothy’s engagement session in one of our favourite spots just north of sunny Townsville.

Engagement sessions don't need to be awkward. In case you're feeling a little anxious about how to be in front of the camera as your wedding draws near, I strongly suggest planning for a session with your photographer, to help gain your confidence. I can guarantee you that after the initial couple click from the camera you'll soon not even notice it is even there! I try with every one of my engagement shoots to zero in on the real to life candid moments of fun, giggling and delight that is abundant in your relationship and bring this out in your pictures. I aspire to capture the essence of your relationship, the little moments, your serious sides and create some images that really reflect who you are as a team and how you were feeling in those moments.
